The core of the insight solution is the OptionTrax equity plan administration platform. Providing flexible and robust tracking and plan and financial reporting, the Core Administration Platform meets or exceeds the functionality provided by other platforms on the market. Plan Administration Dashboard
The insight Plan Admin Dashboard is the homepage of the insight solution that delivers customized stock plan notifications to the stock plan administration team generated automatically by the insight core administration platform. The notifications displayed in the standard Plan Admin Dashboard include upcoming administrative tasks, equity events, HR/ Legal events, and recent system jobs.

Insight HR/ Payroll Integration connects payroll and human resource systems to the insight core administration platform to ensure that important tax and employee demographic information is synchronized
Broker Integration
The Universal Direct Broker Interface (UDBI) means that plan grant and activity data from insight transfers automatically to and from a broker overnight. This allows your participants to leverage the full broker participant experience, including electronic exercising, while keeping the insight system up to date. The UDBI Module is available for use with brokers who have established a relationship with the insight system.

Participant Experience
The insight participant portal is directly integrated with the insight core administration platform and is available to all company participants. The standard portal is delivered with the ability for participants to view summary and detailed grant and vesting information, generate their own participant statement, model exercise and release scenarios, review and electronically accept grant agreements and request an exercise. The insight Custom Participant Portal goes beyond the standard portal — you can design your own look and functionality for your participants’ experience, and it can be integrated with other features such as Custom Reports or the Total Rewards Statement.
Custom Reporting
While the insight core administration platform covers all of your plan administration and financial reporting needs, we understand that there may be a specific report format that your team prefers or that your executives have requested. Our Custom Reporting module is a robust reporting and file creation tool that utilizes the system integration engine to create and deliver stock plan communications and reporting designed to your specifications.
Total Rewards Statement
The insight Total Rewards solution is an add-on to the Custom Reporting or Custom Participant Portal modules. It produces a statement that can combine many other compensation vehicles with equity compensation, including base pay, bonus, equity, 401k, corporate benefit information, or any number of other sources, into a single report for employees.
Compliance Services
In addition to the reports and alerts embedded in the insight solution, we can provide additional compliance services to manage your 6039 statements and filings, as well as timely electronic Section 16 Filing.
Grant Entry
The first step in plan administration is the recommendation and approval of new grants. The Grant Entry module is your custom designed process flow to manage the recommendation, approval, and final granting of your awards. The module is configured to your specifications to help generate grant amount recommendations (e.g., based on base salary and tenure, rating etc.) to be approved or revised by the management team. With final approval, grants can then be automatically imported into the insight OptionTrax Administration Platform and Participant Portal.
