With over forty years in the equity services industry, prior to joining Plan Management Corp. in 2010, Jonathan was Founder, Chairman and CEO of StockTrans, Inc., the Philadelphia based securities transfer agency and registrar, established in 1972, which serviced the stock transfer needs of public and private companies. He sold StockTrans to Broadridge Financial Services, a New York Stock Exchange listed company, in 2010. At the time of the sale, StockTrans was the fifth largest U.S. stock transfer agency.

Jonathan served five terms on the Board of Directors of the national Securities Transfer Association during which time he played an integral role in negotiating and communicating with the SEC on various industry-related issues. He was also co-chairman of one of the STA’s Agent Committees. He was a long time member of the Board of Directors of CFIRA, the largest lobby organization for CrowdFunding in the U.S.

Jonathan received a bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University, and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the Wharton School of Finance, University of Pennsylvania.

Elena joined Plan Management Corp. in 2012 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining PMC, she was a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Elena’s consulting experience includes work focused on strategy for growth, working with clients across sectors on growth and go-to-market strategy development and implementation. She was also a financial technology and inclusion expert at the firm, with deep expertise in access to capital for small and medium businesses, and financial services technology such as mobile banking.

Elena is a Certified Equity Professional, a board member and a former President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP). She has spoken at several NASPP and industry events on topics ranging from Equity Plan Administration Best Practices to Reporting and Investor Record Requirements related to Equity Crowdfunding.

In addition to the U.S., she worked extensively across Latin America and Europe. Prior to joining McKinsey & Company, Elena worked as a Project and Client Relationship Lead at the software consulting company CGI-AMS, Inc. Elena received her bachelor’s degree in Operations and IT Management from the College of William & Mary, and her Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler.
