OPTION GRANTS: Reflects optionee grants and a statement can be produced and mailed to the optionees.

  1. Enter information about each option, by participant, is entered into the system. Information includes:

    • Name
    • Plan Number
    • Type of option
    • Number of shares
    • Date of grant
    • Exercise price
    • Vesting periods

  2. Print grant summaries and send to you for confirmation.
  3. Make any changes in case of errors.
  4. Activate options when they are correct.
  5. Mailings associated with new options granted are made (if you desire Option Grant Agreements may be printed, customized, and personalized with the name/address of the Grantee.)
  6. Reverse or cancel any option for correction, repricing or termination. A report of cancellations is printed and provided.
  7. If requested statements of grant status can be sent to participants on a periodic basis.
