OPTION GRANTS: Reflects optionee grants and a statement can be produced and mailed
to the optionees.
- Enter information about each option, by participant, is entered into the system.
Information includes:
- Name
- Plan Number
- Type of option
- Number of shares
- Date of grant
- Exercise price
- Vesting periods
- Print grant summaries and send to you for confirmation.
- Make any changes in case of errors.
- Activate options when they are correct.
- Mailings associated with new options granted are made (if you desire Option
Grant Agreements may be printed, customized, and personalized with the
name/address of the Grantee.)
- Reverse or cancel any option for correction, repricing or termination. A report of
cancellations is printed and provided.
- If requested statements of grant status can be sent to participants on a periodic
basis.
