The access granted to optionees is entirely up to you as the client. We can provide your optionees with read-only access to their option and restricted stock information including prices, vesting, and exercise and cancel information. Participants also have access to grant agreements, company documents, exercise modeling calculators, etc. |

With company approval, participants have the ability to exercise their options online with the clients captive broker. |

OptionTrax® is a web-based product, meaning we host all client information on our secure servers. This allows us to provide the client and their optionees access to real-time information, as well as to allow multiple client users without having the client incur any additional costs from multiple software licenses. |

Yes, OptionTrax® can handle your restricted stock, restricted units. The system will also handle warrants. |

While OptionTrax® is broker-neutral, we do suggest that clients work with no more than two captive brokers (although the client can work with as many brokers as they would like). However, the choice of who those brokers are is entirely up to the client. If you don’t have a current relationship with a brokerage, we would be more than happy to recommend a few that we work with and feel will meet your needs. |
